We are showing up together again on March 28.
When our families are under attack and costs are pushing people to the brink, silence is not an option. We will defend ourselves and our communities against this administration’s unjust and cruel acts of violence. America does not belong to strongmen, greedy billionaires, or those who rule through fear. It belongs to us, the people.
The DWNC is encouraging people to show up and voice their non-violent message to the government.
Join us for our Scholarship Luncheon, where we honor local students whose goals reflect our commitment to equality, justice, and democratic participation. Your presence helps lift up the next generation of women leaders in our community.
At this event, you’ll hear directly from scholarship recipients, connect with fellow advocates, and learn how Democratic Women of Nevada County is expanding opportunities for women in civic and political life. We will also have a Youth Leadership Panel will be talking about their visions for important issues for youth.
