How to become a Member

Membership is open to all Democratic women who have paid the annual $25 membership fee. Voting privileges are granted to women who are registered Democrats. All women are welcome to attend meetings and participate in discussions. Women who are not registered Democrats may join as associate members.

Membership dues go towards renting meeting spaces, printing and programs that support Democratic Women.

Don’t forget to sign up for meetings in advance! You’ll find the meeting link under Events on our website, and we’ll also announce sign-ups in our newsletters.

❋ Collaborative Energy and Fun

Join social events with other Democratic women. Event details will be posted under the Events section of our website.

DWNC will be introducing down-ballot candidates and issues relevant to Nevada County. 

❋ Local Candidate Introductions

We are proud to host candidates from Congressional races to local down-ballot offices at our meetings and special Events. This is your chance to connect with and learn more about the individuals running to represent our City, County, and State.
